The new RV Storage Lot is now open. If you have a Motor Home, Boat, R/V Trailer, Truck for R/V Trailer, Pop-up Camper, Motor Coach, Motorcycles, Off-Road Bikes or Vehicle you would like to store please call our office to set up an appointment. 561-1313

There are 40 spaces available by appoinment only.

User Fee Structure
Fees shall be set by the Board of Supervisors for the Disrict
The monthly User Fees per space to store a Recreational Vehicle or Watercraft are listed below in 5 Categories:

CATEGORY 1: Long Term User [i.e greater than 2 weeks] who is a Property Owner within the boundaries of the District [exclusive of the Pelican Preserve community ] said property owner hereinafter referred to as "Property Owner"-$2.50 per foot or each fraction thereof

CATERGORY 2: Short term user [i.e 2 weeks or less] who is a Property Owner or a guest of a Property Owner - $3.50 per foot or each fraction thereof.

CATEGORY 3: Long Term User [i.e. 6 months or greater ] who is a tenant of a Property Owner- $3.50 per foot or each fraction thereof.

CATEGORY 4: Non- Resident tenant of a Property Owner-$5.00 per foot or each fraction thereof.

CATEGORY 5: Non-resident and non Property Owner-$5.00 per foot or each fraction thereof.

There will be a Ten Dollar ($10.00) late payment fee if payment is not received by the 10th day of the month.
