UTILITY BILLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Utility Billing department is responsible for the billing of the District’s Utility fees and charges as related to water, wastewater, and irrigation. All utility fees and charges are established as governed and approved by our Board of Supervisors. The rules set forth and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statues. These charges are detailed in the District’s Chapter I Rules of the the Gateway Services CDD as related to water, wastewater, and irrigation water. The rate schedule can be found within the Rates page under the Residents Section > Under Utility Billing > Rates and Fees
Gateway Services reads your water and irrigation meters every 60 days. Residents serviced by Gateway Services will receive a combined bill for drinking water, sewer, and irrigation water. The bill statements are released on the 15th bi-monthly: January, March, May, July, September and November.
Utility Billing customer services include Utility related customer service calls, hydrant use agreements, customer notifications, Boil Water Advisories, Utility service line-breaks, and meter services.
The District’s Utilities service area includes over 8,500 meters and 4,900 utility residential and commercial accounts.
