NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Gateway Services Community Development District (“District”) will conduct a Board meeting and a workshop on December 17, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. to be held at the Gateway Services CDD Offices – Meeting Room, located at 13240 Griffin Dr., Ft. Myers, Florida 33913. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone or use of other communications media technology. At times, members of various committees established by the Board of Supervisors may be present at meetings of the Board of Supervisors and the members of those committees may participate at meetings of the Board of Supervisors as to matters being heard by the Board of Supervisors. Such committees include but are not limited to the District’s Fact-Finding Committees, Pelican Preserve Advisory Committee, Stoneybrook Advisory Committee, Surface Water System Maintenance Standards Committee and any other committee that may be established by the Board of Supervisors of the District.
Please note that the Board Meetings may be conducted by means of communications media technology, including but not limited to use of “Go to Meeting”. In the event that Board Meetings are conducted by means of communications media technology, the District fully encourages public participation in a safe and efficient manner. Toward that end, anyone wishing to listen and participate in such meetings will be able to do so telephonically or via video viewing and participation, with access numbers and access website information, including any access code, posted on the District’s website and as follows: from your computer, tablet or smartphone: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/709813685. Additionally, participants are encouraged to submit questions and comments in advance to the District Manager by email to [email protected] or facsimile transmittal at 239-561-1350 prior to the Board meeting to facilitate the Board’s consideration of such questions and comments during a meeting.

If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Supervisors with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, such person will need a record of the proceedings and such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, at his or her own expense, and which record includes the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based.
